All orders are shipped Fed-Ex Next Day.
All orders are charged a $20 processing fee, then actual shipping cost from Fed-Ex
We ship on Mondays - Tuesdays only.
Minimum order total is $150, item minimum's are listed with each item prices.
Shipping live animals is a delicate process but happens successfully every day. However, you need to be aware of the process
Our responsibilty is to get the animals packed well, and to Fed-Ex in a timely manner.
Your responsibility is to be eagerly waiting for the Fed-Ex truck so your animals spend as little time as possible in the box.
We cannot be held responsible for DOA's if Fed-Ex cannot deliver your box on the 1st attempt.
Any DOA claims must be in the form of an email with clear pictures of the DOA in the unopened bags.
Emails must be within 2-hours of the time Fed-Ex reports items have been delivered.
Any DOA's will be replaced with like items or credit for other items - shipping not included.
There are no exceptions to these policies.
